Thank you for your reminder. We hope all goes well tomorrow – that everyone has a great time and the weather is good! Unfortunately, we cannot be there because we will be in Glastonbury attending another event. Last month, we celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we spent 3 wonderful days in and around W12, re-visiting many special and favourite places. We married at the Church of the Holy Ghost & St Stephen in 1969 and our reception was held at the Bush Hotel (now the Sindercombe Social). So, 50 years later (16 August 2019) we did it all again!  We attended Mass, received a special blessing and later had a celebratory drink (Sindercombe Social).  In the ’60s, my husband lived in Ashchurch Grove and Starfield Road, while I lived in Aycliffe Road, and we often enjoyed walking and sitting in Wormholt Park. A few years ago, we were there for the Park’s re-opening and this year (February, June and August) we visited again. Wormholt Park and the surrounding area look lovely – thank you to all concerned. Best wishes Sue and Jim MaguireWeston-super-MareSomerset
